Coloring Class with Judith Moffatt

Local illustrator/author, Judith Moffatt shared her coloring techniques in 2 free classes this past week at TC Scoops and the Senior Center. Judith offered special coloring pages for the visitors to color for valentines cards.
The different kinds of medium, including the different brands of colored pencils, can really make a difference and give you different outcomes and effects. A blending tool, which looks like a regular colored pencil, removes the lines you sometimes get with colored pencils and gives a nice solid color.

Here are some of the artists at work-
The little Bluebird card, above, was created using watercolor colored pencils.
After you lightly color your picture, you dip a paint brush in water and paint over it giving a watercolor look.

Judith's coloring books and coloring poster are available to purchase at TC Scoops.
