Since early in the school year, performing arts teacher, Mr Todd Swavey, has been working with the middle school students of 6th, 7th and 8th grade on the upcoming performance of Shrek the Musical Jr. Both rehearsing and preparing the set takes many hours of dedication.
I stopped in to see these volunteers as they finished up the set. The students came up with the ideas of the set, designed, created and built it. They did an amazing job!
Art teacher, Mr. Marc Davidson worked with the students on Thursdays after school during the winter to oversee this production.
